WE ARE NOW OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. If you are interested in just getting an idea of the types of livestock that we have then we would love for you to come visit of petting zoo and take a look at our wonderful animals. We are open Fri-Sun. However if you are ready to purchase then please make an appointment so that we can ensure that the right person is here to discuss any questions that you may have. We do also run a zoo compound, if you would be interested in a tour then we can offer that for a Wildlife Walk fee. Please arrange this ahead of time. You can come view the livestock BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. You must call ahead to reserve an appointment to view the livestock. We do take appointments very seriously as we work around those. It is important that you keep your appointment or call us ahead of time to reschedule.
DIRECTIONS:
Directions are given the day of the appointment. We do not like giving directions out ahead of time as anyone that has directions to our place we feel it is important to meet them. The day before the appointment we will email you directions to Cleveland. You may also call us once in Cleveland and we can give you directions from their
For your reference: Interent directions (mapquest, maplbast etc..) will get you to cleveland but are not correct getting to our house.. Please don't come assuming those will get you here because they won't.
GENERAL PURCHASE POLICY:
New 2009, there is now a 7% sales tax that must be added to the cost of the animal being purchased. There are 2 exemptions to this sales tax. 1st is the animal is being purchased as a breeder, 2nd is if the animal is being shipped or delivered across state lines. If you are from another state and come here to pick up an animal then we still have to charge the sales tax.

We require a deposit to hold the animal.
Or if you would like to reserve a future animal. Keep in mind we can not guarantee eye color and are limited on guaranteeing colors or patterns (there are a few expections like spotted pigs)
The deposit can be done with credit card OR through Paypal.
Most deposits are $100-$200.
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!
The rest can be paid upon pick up WITH CASH OR CREDIT CARD ONLY. If the animal is getting shipped out, he/she must be paid in full before shipping out. This can be done by paying the remainder by mail with A MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER CHECK OR the remainder Can be paid in full with credit card, or paypal But their is a 3 % surcharge.

PICK UP INFO
VERY IMPORTANT
ONCE AN ANIMAL IS RESERVED with a deposit.. IF THE ANIMAL IS READY TO GO.. IT MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 10 days of the deposit.
If the animal is not weaned.. the animal MUST be picked up within 1 week of the date the animal is ready to go!
ADDITIONAL BOARDING FEES WILL BE APPLIED IF THE ANIMAL IS NOT PICKED UP or able to be shipped out DURING THIS TIME!
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
WE guarantee our animals free from genetic defect.
If your vet finds that our animals are not free from genetic defect we will replace or refund your purchase cost. YOU MUST HAVE A VET CERTIFICATE stating the above in order to receive a refund. This must be done within 7 days of purchase.
In the event of death: YOU MUST get a necropsy done on the animal. If the animal is considered to have a genetic defect we will replace or refund your purchase cost. This applies for 6 months from date of purchase.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Kids, Lambs and Piglets can be shipped out via airline.
2 lambs, kids or piglets can be shipped together. Cost is $450 -$550.
THIS COST INCLUDES CRATE, HEALTH CERTIFICATE, BLOODWORK (if needed) CARE SHEET, TRAVEL AND AIRLINE.
Adult livestock: If the livestock is under 50lbs INCLUDING CRATE then the animal (s) can be shipped via airline: If animals are over 50lbs we recommend livestock haulers or personal p/u. While some adult livestock can be shipped it gets very expensive.
Poultry: can be shipped via postal: cost is $50-$75. for up to 4 birds.
Rabbits: Rabbits can be shipped via airline. Up to 4 small rabbits can fit in a small kennel. shipping cost for rabbits is $300-$450. We have shipped many flemish giant rabbits.
